ELLIPSE Peninsula Aids Services, a community-based nonprofit direct services agency, is the primary multiservice care provider in San Mateo County. Services are provided for the HIV infected and affected men, women, and children in the county. San Mateo County AIDS Program is a multiservice county AIDS agency providing prevention, health care, social services, and advocacy.
