Individual MIPS Reporting Deadline is in Two Weeks March 20, 2019 Areas of interest(s): cma, mips, smcma If you plan to submit 2018 data for Medicare’s Merit-based Incentive Payment System(MIPS), the deadline is April 2—just two weeks away! Don’t wait until the last minute to submit your data. Data can be submitted and updated any time until 5:00 p.m. PT on Tuesday, April 2, 2019. (The deadline for group reporting via the CMS Web Interface is this Friday, March 22.) If you are working with a third-party intermediary to submit data on your behalf, CMs encourages you to sign in to the Quality Payment Program website during the submission period and review the submission for accuracy. Data cannot be resubmitted after the submission period closes. Clinicians who reported quality measures via Medicare Part B claims can sign in to qpp.cms.gov to view current performance based on claims that have been processed by your Medicare Administrative Contractor.
