SMCMA hosts 1st Family Movie Day Event November 30, 2023 Areas of interest(s): Engagement, Family Events, Membership, Wellness On Sunday, October 29, SMCMA hosted its first Family Movie Day with a showing of The Nightmare Before Christmas at the Cinemark Theatre at Tanforan Mall in San Bruno. The event was FREE for SMCMA members and their families and was intended to bring physician families together to kick-off the holiday season by showing a classic movie on the big screen. All attendees gained free admission and received a small popcorn and fountain beverage. RSVP’s were received from 40 physician families, which was enough to fill all 96 theatre seats to capacity. More family friendly activities will be offered in the future, so stay tuned for more events in 2024!
