Fall 2024 Mix & Mingle Recap October 18, 2024 Areas of interest(s): events, membership, mixer, networking This week, your SMCMA hosted its second “pop-up” mixer of 2024, bringing together physicians from across the Peninsula for an evening of networking and camaraderie. The Fall Mix & Mingle event took place on October 16, 2024 at The Iron Gate, a charming restaurant on El Camino Real in Belmont. Approximately 40 physicians from various specialties and practices across the Peninsula gathered to enjoy cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and lively conversation. The mixer provided an opportunity for doctors to reconnect with colleagues and establish new professional relationships with other local physicians. The warm ambiance of The Iron Gate, paired with great food and conversation, made for an enjoyable evening for all in attendance. The mixer reflected SMCMA’s ongoing commitment to fostering a strong sense of community among local physicians while promoting the importance of personal connections within the medical field.
